WFP Management is a customer service oriented company specializing in the management of multifamily units, single family homes and small rental properties. Our company has a strong and diverse background in property management with a professional, well-trained staff of maintenance technicians dedicated to respond to all forms of emergencies and certified accountants that will ensure your bottom line is maximized to meet your required return on investment.

As part of the rental process, we coordinate advertising, obtain criminal reports on all applicants, and verify employment and rental histories before signing leases.

For the owner’s convenience, we maintain security deposit trust accounts for each unit/property and provide detailed monthly statements itemizing all income and expenses for that month. This ensures the owner is always aware of his/her property’s activity status. Our primary responsibility is to provide services that exceed our owner’s expectations and maximize our owners ROI.

  1. Prepare all vacant units for immediate leasing.
  2. Apprise of any major maintenance issues as they occur.
  3. Ensure all monthly income is received and transferred by the 10th of each month.
  4. All applicants will be prescreened and background checked.
  5. All repairs authorized by the Owner, will be addressed within 24 hours of Owner authorization.

  1. Provide a clean and expeditious turn over of the rented property.
  2. Address all maintenance issues in a 12 hour period from point of notification.
  3. Maintain appropriate records of security deposit and monthly payments.
  4. Apprise all applicants of application status within 24 hours of submittal and payment.
  5. All emergencies will be immediately addressed.
